Monika “Jac” Jagaciak is a Polish Model that was born on January 15, 1994. Her modeling career flies high when she signed at IMG modeling agency. Her career started when her sister encouraged her to attend to an open casting call at a shopping center in Poland. She was chosen by IMG and she appeared on the cover of French Jalouse in July 2007. Jagaciak’s big break came when she went to Hermes campaign for Fall/Winter 2007; she was only 13 years old during this time. She had experienced being a cover on Elle Magazine, French Jealouse, Japanese Harper’s Bazaar, Japanese Spur and a lot other prestigious magazines.

Currently, Jagaciak ranked 10th on the Top 50 Models Women List from models.com.
